She's confident enough to be who she wants to be without anyone telling her otherwise and isn't scared to do anything new. One of the things she likes to do is make friends along her travels and is why she's open hearted and likes to help out when ever and how ever she can. She can be shy at times though only when meeting new people. And not the type that runs away from meeting a new face. Mio is a very happy and energetic person when she has something to look forward to or has something she likes to do. She can't be depressed or saddened by having the things she likes or loves in her hands. She is a caring character who loves to help out others in their time of need. She hates to see others cry or hurt and always willing a helping hand to make them feel better if its a hug, talk or even just a walk across the beach to get their minds off things. Laziness is one of her most favorite types of things she likes to be when the temperature is just right enough. Making her more lax and quiet, wanting to do nothing but laze about and sleep throughout the day. This is what she thinks is the funnest part about her and actually loves being like this, because it helps her get her mind off things. She is what most guys and girls would call a romantic, one who imagines her true love would come riding horse back to her rescue and save the day. She knows that its highly impossible for that to happen, but she keeps her hopes for that special someone to come around one day, to keep her in hims arm's from day to night and tells her that he loves her for all his life. When brought into the discussion her face would blush, place her hands on her cheeks and shake her face around trying to get rid of her blushing. She can be courageous when the times calls for it. She'll put herself in harms way to protect her friends sacrificing herself in anyways means. Though only as a last resort. She truly believes that there is another choice other then save them and die or save yourself and let them die. She believes that you can fight together and live, a choice she found through her life and a experience she wouldn't want to feel ever again. The only time where she show's her fear, sadness, or depression is when a friend or family member passes away. She thinks that even if you were the strongest or most evil creature in the world its still alright to cry when someone you know is gone forever. Mio's courageousness can be the death of her as she will put her life on the line for others without thinking of her own. She doesn't really think about it when the time comes and just rushes out there to defend her friends. Some might call this being a hero but others might call this dim witted or even cocky depending on the outcome. HISTORY: Mio Kiyomi was born in Tokyo, Japan in June 2nd, 1996. Her parents are Kazu and Aoi Kiyomi, and are the owners of Kiyomi Corp, a large Advertising company that covers most of the city. Every sign, poster board, commercial, business cards and radio shows. Created in the early 80s, by her father Kazu Kiyomi a stern and hardworking man, who doesn't give up. Building the corporation from the ground up, it has grown to be well known and destroys all those who've tried to compete. Married to a young women named Aoi, who's been behind him on every decision he makes, she wasn't as hardworking as he was, she was more of a flow with the wind type of person and cares very much for her family. Born into this wealthy family Mio wasn't placed in an ordinary school like everyone else, not even the best private schools. Instead her parents thought it would be better if she was home schooled, learning from a tutor for every subject, six hours a day like most schools, she is able to learn and be in a safe and known environment. Though Mio didn't favor this decision as she felt lonely within her houses walls with the only one to speak to was her tutor and her mother, while her father spent most days out at work. She has had multiple attempts at talking to her mother and father about allowing her to go to a normal school, but they used the same excuse everytime for it being a more controlled and stable environment, she had gotten fed up with their excuses, and with her anger started to lift all the objects within the room and shooting them outward through walls and windows, striking things in other rooms and things outside, even the car could be hear with the sirens flaring loudly. As for her "Unique" ability her parents were even more concerned, though knowing it was her fault she was isolated within her home, for both the protection of herself and others. Being alone most of her life she spends most of her time reading, having her room filled with different types of books non-fiction and fiction, biographies, graphic novel, mangas, short stories and poems. Her favorites genre of them were adventurous, fantasy type stories with lots of romance and drama. Something she's never really experienced from other then soap operas and movies, he favorites were superhero romances, the thought of being saved by that person you least expect to be saved by and in the end find their true feelings. She would always fantasize about things like that, and it gives her hope for the future. Along with that she likes stories with a friendship theme, like fantasy genres with a group of adventurers going on long journeys helping each other in their trials to come closer to one another, making a pact to never go against each other, or promising to get back at someone that has hurt them equally like a dark lord of the land. She was the only child of the Kiyomi family, making her the princess of the family. Able to do what she wants most of the time and becoming really rebellious when her parents treat her like a little kid, like a princess trapped in a castle only able to watch as others played on the ground, leaving her to just watch from afar. As she got older her parents understood more that they wouldn't be able take care of her for long and so they agreed with her to be placed within a school, and one that will be able to care for her "Uniqueness" and she'll be able to make friends and have a real life experience, promising to keep up with her grades and nothing that would harm the family name. And with that she was sent to Nakaumi Academy to start her new life as a student, with the determination to accomplish her want to make friends and get stronger with her power. POWER Telekinesis: Mio can manipulate/move objects with her mind. Telekinesis is one of the basis of many superpowers that are based of "controlling/manipulating", it may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic level. Mio is a novice at her skill and doesn't know how to use it properly, training everyday she slowly is able to increase her ability on using her mind to her advantage. Pros: Able to control things with her mind, she is able to do multiple things at once, instead of just using "two" hands, she is able to use infinite hands at once. With both defensive and offensive properties, such as grabbing objects and placing them in front of projectiles or physical attacks. Stopping enemy's or projectiles midflight and not letting them come in contact. Cons: Her biggest problem when using her ability is length of time she is able to use it. She may only be capable of moving objects she could physically move, such as not being able to move air. She is prone to headaches due to the mental focus that is required, as a result the ability could be limited to allow recovery. Mio may not be able to manipulate Magic-based matters/energies, as the mystical properties cannot be manipulated so easily without magical properties. Psychic strength may be proportional to Mio's capacity, meaning an opponent with physical strength stronger than the user's mental strength may break free, or even be immune to the ability altogether. Mio can only be able to move objects that user can see. ACADEMIC + SPORTING Mio is somewhat of a nerdy type girl, placing her studies first, but can be tempted to hangout with friends as well. She does great with more literature type classes such as History, English and Reading, from her intensive love for books and knowledge. Science as well not her greatest but something she does do well in, she loves the hands on aspects of science, with chemicals and team effort its fun and educational. The same with math, remembering all those different methods of doing things she has a hard time remembering all of them. As for Physical Education, she knew much of the human body from internal and external parts, though she couldn't name every bone, its more then she can handle. But has for the active part of it, she is what some would say average, from her delicate body size and proportions. Her favorite sports are swimming and tennis, they aren't really thought of as sports much like golf, from the big time sports like baseball, football and soccer. But its that reason for liking them like the underdog of sports and keeps her in shape and concentrated for real life situations. Her most favorite class would be Home Economics, or as some know it as cooking. She loves the smell, texture and taste of the things she cooks, grills and bakes and always likes to try something new. She loves the endless combination of types of foods people can make. She always wishes to make food for that special someone, seeing their faces when they take a bite from it is something she always wishes to see, though its always fun to make things for her friends.
